This regression hypnotherapy focuses on the concept that the client, when relaxed into the Theta state through visualization, will go to the most appropriate time and place to address any requests for healing or answers to current life issues. Can be done in person on online.

Past Life Regression

Personalized movement and stillness meditations for health, balance, and increasing intuitive perceptions. Taught in-person or online. Zen teaches TaiChi, Daoist QiGong, Tibetan LuJong, TogChod Sword, and Kundalini Yoga as needed.

Private Movement Lesson

A distance energy therapy based on Medical Qigong to balance the organs, channels, chakras, and energy fields. We decide on a time to work on your energy then discuss what we find afterwards on the phone/video.
